These terms apply to purchases made through the All Right 3D online store. All Right 3D is a small business based in Massachusetts, USA.

Products and options

Our products are made to order. Product-specific details, including materials, dimensions, finishes, and available options, are listed on each product page. Personalization is available only when it is listed as an option for that product; not every product can be personalized.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Production and shipping

Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Production time is separate from carrier transit time, which depends on the carrier and destination. We ship to addresses across the United States using USPS or UPS, and tracking is provided.

Order cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within one hour of placing your order and before the order is processed. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Returns and order issues

Standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Personalized or custom items are not accepted for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and help.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot find it, check secure delivery locations and ask others at your address, then contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking and work with the carrier on an investigation. Refunds or replacements are reviewed case by case.
