Are your products made to order?
Yes. Products in our current collections are made to order in Massachusetts.
How long does production take?
Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Shipping time is additional and depends on the carrier and destination.
Do you offer personalization?
Personalization is available only on products that specifically show a personalization option. Not every item can be customized.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States from Massachusetts.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders ship by USPS or UPS, and tracking is provided.
My tracking says delivered, but I can’t find the package. What should I do?
Check secure delivery locations and ask others at your address. Then contact us with your order number. We’ll review the tracking and work with the carrier on an investigation. Refunds or replacements are reviewed case by case.
Returns & order issues
What is your return policy?
Eligible standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us before sending an item back.
Can personalized or custom items be returned?
Personalized or custom items are not accepted for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help.
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellation requests must be submitted within one hour of placing the order and before it is processed. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

What are the products made from?
Products in the current collections are made from PLA unless the product page states otherwise.
How should I care for my item?
Keep decor away from high heat and prolonged direct sunlight. Clean gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Lamps are for indoor use only and should be used according to the electrical information listed on the product page.
